MY COOL CLASSIC CAR

Postby ajcb on Sun Apr 29, 2012 7:32 pm

A number of Classics featured in Chris Haddon's latest book, My Cool Classic Car, were on the track at Brooklands today including a P6 from the Case is Altered - Barrie Flemming's wonderful 3500S from the P6ers at the Case is Altered was one of them.

Hope to see everyone at the Case is Altered ,Pinner for our next get-together at 8pm on Tuesday 8 May.

Below are some photographs I took at Brooklands today:

Best Wishes

Nice to see pictures of this event, shame about the weather. Very nice unusual colour 3500S.
Glad to see the extreme climate testing hanger is still there behind the museum building - and
the pill boxes adjacent to the banking. One of my old places of employment many moons ago
in the days of British Aerospace Plc and Concorde ! : :)

Lunchtime thrill - who could stop half way up "test hill" restart and get to the top-no wheel spin allowed.
Fun was cheap in those days
