Series 1 grill - Will it fit my series 2

Hi all

I am after fitting a series 1 grill and light surrounds/badge to my series 2 3500S. Is it a straight swap or are modifications required?

Any help much appreciated.

series one V8 grilles fit without modification and slot straight into the six holes that are in your valence where the plastic grilles go. to fit the centre badge you will need a bracket from a series one. series one 2000 grilles can be fitted but require a lot of modification.
